Ms. Karen's Kids
I can't believe it is March already!!!!! We have had so much fun and there is more to come. We are certainly ready to enjoy some activities outside in the WARM SUNSHINE!!!Like reading books, picnicing, exercise, nature walks, and bug collecting. The themes for March and April will include seasons, shapes, numbers, trains, turtles, underground, gardening, USA, and the ZOO. One of our favorite units is Art with the Masters which is about famous artists and works of art.
During this season of Lent, we are learning some special prayers and working on our good deeds and acts of kindness. Great job to all of our sweet and kind helpers.
In April, we will have our annual St. Jude bike-a-thon. The children always enjoy learning about how to help others in need and they LOVE those bike days. Thank you in advance for your support in this exceptional cause. |
