Kindergarten is so much fun!! We are very busy learning to recognize letters and their sounds. In math, we are working on number recognition and patterns.
The students have done a great job learning the daily routine. Mondays are so fun at St. Aloysius because students are awarded "Lion Tickets" for good behavior. The drawings are held weekly during morning assembly and children are awarded gift certificates from area restaurants.
Did you know...?
Kindergarten students attend enrichment classes daily such as Music, Art and PE.
Students have Spanish class weekly.
We have a new reading series.
The Baton Rouge Fire Department visited our school recently.

Parents, when you have time, please join us for morning assembly, or lunch. Look for notes from the teachers or room moms for special projects and field trips that you won't want to miss.
