Welcome to Computer Enrichment Classes!

Class Goals


St. Aloysius offers Computer Enrichment classes to 5th-8th grades (for one 9 week period each school year) with major emphasis on Keyboarding, Computer applications using Microsoft Office, Robotics, Movie Maker, Multimedia sources, and accessing the Internet. Mrs.Moreno believes in project oriented teaching where the variety of projects the students produce emphasize Core Knowledge and the effective use of technology. A Robotics Club meets on Mondays in the Computer Lab from 8 to 8:30am.

9) The 8th graders have the opportunity to OBTAIN 1/2 UNIT CARNEGIE CREDIT FOR HIGH SCHOOL COMPUTER LITERACY by passing a Computer Literacy Exam and maintaining at least a 75 class average.
