Nurse's Hours
Our school nurse, Mrs. Bellelo, is in her office from 9:00am to 3:30pm Monday through Friday.
Medication Policy
In order to administer medication at school, we must have on file the Medication Administration Parent/Physician Authorization. This form gives the nurse parental permission and physician verification that it is necessary for the student to receive the medicine. The form is necessary for prescription as well as over-the-counter medications. The medication is provided to the school by an adult, may be brought to the school office or first aid room, in a properly labeled container. A record of date, time administered, person who administered the medicine and reason for the medicine is kept for each student.

Middle school students (grades 6th - 8th) may receive certain over-the-counter drugs (Tylenol, Advil, Cough Drops and Benadryl). These drugs will be stocked in the first aid room and given with a signed parents permission slip. Please see the policy on the downloadable form.
